Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains when you can get your money back.

Before activation

If you have not yet activated or redeemed your licence key, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order.

After activation

Once a licence has been activated it can't be returned to the vendor, so we can't usually refund it. If the software does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it, contact us and we will review your case.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5 to 10 business days.
